Refund policy

At Oh Soo Pink!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help!

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange eligible items.

To qualify for a Return or Exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Footwear must be tried on a clean, carpeted surface.
Jewellery must be in its original packaging and include all accompanying materials.
Accessories and bags must also be returned in their original packaging.

Sale items and personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Initiate the Process:
- Contact our customer service on our support email address: support@ohsoopink.com or WhatsApp your concern on +923066666853 to request a return or exchange authorization.
Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the original invoice or a note with your order number and reason for the return.
Ship the Item:
- Send your return to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please indicate the desired item in your return request. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund.
